From Weeks 1-9, Green Bay ranked 28th in that category. The Packers’ offense significantly improved when Watson broke out in Week 10 against the Cowboys, ranking fifth in points per drive (2.49) from then through the end of the regular season. The offensive line also dealt with multiple injuries and struggled to pass protect at the time. Green Bay didn’t have a better option for much of the year, though, as rookies Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson struggled with consistency early in the season. 2 receiver, but asking him to be your top option is unrealistic. Rodgers had a lingering thumb injury that affected his accuracy last season, but the loss of Davante Adams was the biggest reason his production dipped.
